Bucha Brewhouse & Bistro opened its doors on September 29th, 2018 in the Grassroots District of Downtown Princeton. Owner, Kayla Alred, holds the vision of encouraging a culture in West Virginia that empowers citizens to take control of their health and well-being. Offering food that is inclusive for as many people as possible is what they do.  Kayla lovingly handcrafts everything she serves including the signature Bucha bread, every sauce/dressing, and all of the friendly desserts.  Farm fresh food and scratch made recipes are what make Bucha Brewhouse & Bistro so unique and delicious.

We take pride in making all of our sauces, dressings, and bread from scratch, ensuring they are vegan and gluten-free.  We also have amazing gluten-free and vegan desserts.  

While we are not dietary professionals, we do everything we can to ensure gluten-free and vegan experiences. For your comfort, feel free to ask questions about the ingredients of a particular meal when ordering.
